MP 45 Mango Peeler
Production capacity up to 45 Mango per minute. The machine must be manually fed from an operator. The mango will be placed horizontally in a cup.
This version has three feeding and peeling lines, once the fruit is placed, the cup will enter inside the machine, then the pliers pick up the mangoes that is taken by the mandrels.
The mandrels start spinning and the cup knife to turn at high speed , then the Mango is peeled .
The machine has a bulkhead to divide the finished product from the waste.
The machine to have a perfect regulation of peeling has a mandrel rotation speed regulator, you have a nut to adjust the thickness of the shell and an air regulator to adjust the pressure of the blade, with these three adjustments it was possible to determine the best performance.
The machine has a centralized greasing system with three points to take care of all the bearings.
