FAM CMD.2 Meat&Cheese Cutter

The FAM CMD.2 is a large professional frozen meat dicing and slicing machine, which can cut frozen meat into slices, stripes, shreds and dices (fat can be cut as low as minus 16 degrees celsius, lean beef can be cut as low as minus 6 degrees celsius, lean pork can be cut as low as minus 8 degrees celsius) and ensure the cutted products are still in frozen status, which provides the conveniency of subsequent packaging and distribution. The machine is suitable for central kitchen and meat processing plants with superior performances of high yield and less waste.
