Marlen spiral ovens are designed to process a variety of products, including but not limited to meat, poultry, vegetables, baked goods, ready to eat meat, etc. 

The Unitherm spiral steaming oven can be used as a separate steaming oven, or combined with Unitherm flame barbecue or Unitherm spiral refrigerator.

In terms of design, they are more efficient than linear steaming ovens. The cubic steaming oven has small feed inlet and outlet points. Unitherm "mini" and "micro" spiral steaming ovens are designed as one-piece and ready for installation. Unitherm's large spiral steaming oven can be assembled and fully welded on site.
