Operation principle

The operation principle of the WASH is based upon a double water screw that moves the product from the sides of the tank to the middle of the washer and thereafter towards the sand collector. Heavy parts like sand and stones are left behind and the product is caught by the water screw thus renewing the cycle. A perfect wash and eventual mix of the end product is achieved due to an intensive water contact.
