Finis Profiler: A New Top Choice for Root Vegetable Profiling
Release time:2026-07-20
With the rapid upgrading of potato products, market demand for uniformly shaped, consistently sized and smooth-surfaced potato balls keeps rising. The self-developed Profiler by Finis of the Netherlands features dual-material composite roller sets, serving as an all-in-one dedicated machine for peeling and profiling root vegetables including potatoes, carrots and beets. Adopting dry processing, the equipment cuts comprehensive costs on water consumption, wastewater treatment and machine maintenance from the source.

Three Core Advantages
• Composite roller sets enable flexible selection between throughput and finished products
Fitted with specially developed carborundum peeling rollers and aluminium profiling rollers, the machine strikes an ideal balance between fast peeling and a smooth finished surface for vegetables. It can produce standard rounded products, and alternatively peeled rounded cubes (commonly referred to as "baby potatoes") for higher yield. Available with 4 or 5 profiling sets, the unit allows enterprises flexible selection based on their production capacity requirements.
• Open hygienic design facilitates efficient cleaning and maintenance
Constructed with an all-stainless steel open hygienic frame, the machine’s top cover can be fully hinged open. Operators can easily carry out maintenance and full cleaning & sanitisation without blind sanitary spots, complying with food production hygiene standards.
• Integrated automatic waste separation reduces manual sorting costs
A dedicated shaker is installed behind the outfeed belt to accurately separate profiled finished goods from trimmings and waste. Paired with an integrated waste belt for automatic central waste discharge, the machine eliminates manual sorting and screening, cutting labour input and fitting automated continuous production lines.
