KEY Technology acquired Herbert Solutions of the Netherlands in 2020.  Herbert was establised in 1972 and focuses on the treatment and solutions of root vegetables. 

The machines of Herbert can offer some solutions of pre-process stages of potato production line, include: receiving products system, grader, cleaner and sorting of whole potato. The accquiring makes Win-Win situation.

Herbert Oculus's maximum capacity is up to 45tons/per hour. Its special roller feeding processing way can make 360° products detection. The machine is flexible that has two grades or three grades in option. 

It is wildly used in McCain and other French fries and chips processing factories in Europe.
